Downtown Yoga

Located in the beautiful historic district of Ocean Springs, we create a self healing environment with a blend of new and traditional practices. With emphasis on breath awareness, meditation and movement, we provide classes that promote both physical and mental well-being. All of our teachers have a variety of backgrounds, giving our clients a diverse approach to the practice of yoga.
